Warranty Information

 

All our work is guaranteed for One year, Our thorough inspection must be made to determined if there has been any premature wear or excess or abuse. If it's our fault We are committed to redo the work without labor charge, But we are in no case, responsible for the materials, we do not provide the material, we can not be responsible of it! Unless we have provided materials.

 

Under certain condition.

For a 100% guarantee, the work must be done according to the standards described at the estimate day.

*To be eligible for warranty read the conditions below. 

 

*Painting Job,Interior One coat of primer / sealer and two coats of good qualities paint is recommended. (And for better results)

If this process is not respected, the warranty will not be applied.

 

*Painting Job,Exterior The exterior paint is 6 months warranty against defects, if the following conditions are respected,Pressure washer to remove paint flakes and dirts, Scrape paint if needed & sand.One coat of an excellent brand of primer, & Two coat of an excellent brand for exterior paint.

 

*Caulking Replacement, Old caulking must be removed & area must be cleaned before the new caulking application.

 

*Wall or Ceiling Repair, If the walls or ceilings are damaged due to infiltration of water or other damages that make the drywall became wet, loose, Mold or drywall not properly hold against the joist or black or yellow spot, The parts must be removed and replaced with new Insulation (if needed), New drywall, Joint cement, Sealer/Primer and paint.

 

*Ceramic Tile Installation, The subfloor must be of an appropriate thickness and screw in at every four inches. This is to prevent the mortar and grout from cracking and ensure long-term strength!

*We strongly suggest the use of mortar and Grout, Mapei brand for you assured of perfect installation and long-term

 

The warranty will be honored if the standards are respected.
