For painting job, Extra will be applied for Paint supply like, Roller refills 9 inch for walls, (we always use new roller refills for best results), Roller refills 3 inch for edging, Tray insert liner, (Used to reduce the washing time between colors and used an excessive water consumption),
Compound for walls, used to repair scratches and holes on walls. & Other if used.
Some extras could be applied for different works performed, exemple; cement for tiling, Special glue, Caulking, Sealer, Polymer sand, Wood, Window insulation film, ect. But you will be advised at the day of estimate, No hidden fee!
*No deposit will be required, which means that we are not asking for money before starting work unless we provide the necessary materials.

Important to read
As you know, at the estimate day, we evaluate the work to be done, but we can not see through walls or floors, so when renovating, there may be some surprises requiring overtime or additional materials based on problems encountered, always keep in mind an estimate is an estimate. This means, you should always prevent and add a little more money to your budget for all the thing that you have not seen!
As you know, we are very busy, when you receive your estimate and you approved, please contact us as soon as possible to set an appointment in the shortest time, because we do not want you waiting too long.
